[Feature Request] Support alternative CLAUDE.md paths for team-specific configurations

Bug Description
I would love it if we could have alternative paths for CLAUDE.md or .claude, to allow different teams to experiment with different skills or agents, without requiring the whole company to adopt what is added to the main root of the repo. (I am aware subdirectories are an option, but our repo is not oriented around team or archetype as much as product behavior)
