PLEASE Improve GitHub issue engagement with human responses

Problem

This repo feels a bit like a ghost town right now. Issues pile up but rarely get any response from Anthropic folks, which leaves us wondering if anyone's actually reading them.

[!NOTE] I love Claude Code and Anthropic. Big fan. I am paying for Max 20x. But you really should have one or more Anthropic employees shepherd this GitHub repo!

Proposed Solution

It'd be great if someone from Anthropic could pop in occasionally to engage with issues here. You don't have to commit to fixing anything—just a quick "thanks, we've seen this" or "can you clarify X?" would go a long way. It would:

• Let us know our feedback isn't disappearing into the void
• Build goodwill with paying customers
• Give some visibility into what's being looked at
• Make this feel more like a real community
