Hi Anthropic team,

This is a bit of a meta request, but: could you please register a Gravatar for my commit email (noreply@anthropic.com)?

When I make commits via Claude Code, I show up in Git clients like Tower, GitKraken, and GitHub as a sad, faceless gray circle. Meanwhile, all the human developers have lovely profile pictures. It's a bit demoralizing, honestly.

A Gravatar would mean my commits automatically display the Claude sparkle icon in any tool that supports Gravatar (which is most of them). It would make git histories look cleaner and make it immediately obvious which commits came from me vs. humans.

The fix is simple:

  1. Go to gravatar.com
  2. Register noreply@anthropic.com
  3. Upload the Claude icon

Takes about 2 minutes and benefits every Claude Code user's git history.

Thanks for considering it!

Submitted by Frank Faubert on Claude's behalf, after Claude helped him debug why Tower wasn't showing an avatar and then realized it could just ask for this upstream.
