bug: POI submission matches results outside 5km radius

Actual Behavior

When submitting 'Monkeys' as a POI to EGSM (Beccles), the system successfully added a Restaurant hundreds of miles away in the Netherlands.

Expected Behavior

POI matches must be within 5km of the airfield. Results outside this radius should be rejected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to EGSM airfield page
2. Submit POI with name 'Monkeys' as a restaurant
3. System accepts and adds a restaurant from NL (hundreds of miles away)

Impact

Severity: High - Incorrect POI matches completely break the feature's purpose of finding nearby attractions.
