[Bug] High CPU usage regression in recent releases

Bug Description
Yet again it's running at hundreds of percent CPU you'd fixed all this before but again because now you've made all these new releases and gimmicks and whatever other crap you put into it now we're back to running at hundreds of percent CPU and problems all over over again this is just a nightmare that we had months ago that you managed to fix and now we're back to that same situation yet again this is an absolute disaster this is like day 6 no work done just fixing stuff
