[Feature Request] Expose session quota and rate limit data in statusLine JSON

Bug Description
Expose session quota/rate limit data to statusLine. This data is already visible in the web dashboard but not available to statusLine
JSON. I want to see: how much of my session quota is used, when it resets, and rate limit info.
