[BUG] same as #10719 happening on 1/14/2026 from PRO plan in WSL2

What's Wrong?

This is an OAuth problem, so I never get into claude-code. It is exactly the #10719 issue. I am using WSL2 and I have a PRO plan. The Auth error is 400. I use the URL provided in OAuth procedure through my window11 browser. I get the key and bring it back to wsl2 terminal window and supply it to "enter code" and it fails to error 400.

What Should Happen?

I expect OAuth to work.

The URL is used to get the key and the key is entered at the prompt and then 400 error.
