[BUG] Says totally noninforming Error "1 MCP server failed", but under /mcp all green

What's Wrong?

When exiting Claude Code it sais " 1 MCP server failed" but not which one? In /mcp there is all green and checked.

What Should Happen?

It should say by name what MCP fails.
