[Bug] Auto-Compact returns stale conversation state instead of current context

Bug Description
Have had a long sesh. built an app and then asked for a feature, then it compacted after i asked for this feature. while it was working on the feature (after it asked some questions about it) it compacted and then it returned the plan from the beginning of the session, to build the app - even though we already built the app and have moved on...
