[Bug] Excessive temporary file creation and terminal rendering loop causing unusable state

**Bug Description**
Newest build of claude code. writes tons of tmpclaude-* files. also when it starts working on tasks now... it lays out agiant todo list tiwh [ ] then it checks them off. not log after it start it goes into a crazy terminal window glitch loops. like its spamming nonstop jittery nothing. i use ctrl+o to get it to stop by expanding the latest window. then o ctrl+o to check on the progress. completely unusable since last night. ive rebooted and restarted several terminals. same i
