[BUG] Scrolls randomly all the way to the top

What's Wrong?

I scroll a little bit to read something in the chat history, and randomly the scroll position goes all the way to the top.

What Should Happen?

When I scroll a bit and read a text, I expect the scroll position to remain where I left it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Chat with claude code
2. Scroll a bit up to read something
3. Scroll position after a random interval goes all the way to the top
