[BUG] claude is not parsing GitHub project files. Shows me only root view

What's Wrong?

I cannot add files from GitHub project, that are not in root of that project.

What Should Happen?

Hi, I caanot add files to a chat from GitHub projects. So Claude see project root, but cannot parse folders, and show me that I have empty folders. This problem is for all my repos, and I cannot add anything. I found out that problem today at 4pm but that could be longer. I know only that yesterday that worked.
