Accessibility bug.

When using VoiceOver Screen reader inside terminal with Claude code. It Interrupts with ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── this is a critical bug.

Steps to reproduce, turn on VoiceOver on Mac, and attempt to use Claude code in Terminal.

What Should Happen?

it should let me type without being stuck on ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── or showing me that.

n/a but lots of ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── can't type at all
