[Feature Request] Restore Escape key for interrupt, keep Ctrl+C for input clearing

Bug Description
hello,

• Thank you for the amazing software and your continued work
• I appreciate the change but want to report an important usability issue
• The interrupt shortcut was changed from Escape to Control C
• In our workflow we often let Claude process while we prepare the next input
• We rely on Escape to interrupt and Control C to clear the input field
• Changing Control C to interrupt forces extra steps like typing continue and disrupts flow
• Please restore Escape as interrupt and keep Control C for clearing the input field
• Restoring the original shortcuts will avoid disruption and improve
