[FEATURE] Adjust the new terminal title feature (2.1.6) - this could be done better

Problem Statement

Just installed 2.1.6, the new feature is: "Changed terminal title to "Claude Code" on startup for better window identification"

While the premise of easier identification is a good one, the execution of this isn't well thought out. If I have multiple Claude Code tabs open in my terminal (and I very often do), now I have no idea which one is which... Before, I could at least see the path. I've been manually renaming terminals before to all caps: "<PROJECTNAME> CLAUDE", which helps separate visually.

Proposed Solution

A better approach would be to just keep the Claude Code icon as the first character, and use the current foldername as the title.

[claude-icon] projectName

Or: [claude-icon] projectName (Claude Code)

If you do want to include "Claude Code", I recommend putting that on the end, because if you have a lot of tabs open (like I frequently do), your tab size will be squashed and you won't see the end of the line anyway, but the more important information is knowing what the current folder/project is.
