[BUG] "Failed to load session" error occurs frequently, requires re-login

What's Wrong?

After chatting only a few times in the "Code" tab, I get a "Failed to load
session" error and have to logout and login again. This happens very
frequently and disrupts workflow.

What Should Happen?

Session should remain stable during normal usage

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code on macOS
2. Login with Google OAuth
3. Start chatting in "Code" tab
4. After a few messages (sometimes 5-10 messages), error appears:

"Failed to load session"

1. Only option is "Back to landing page"
2. Have to logout and login again to continue
