[FEATURE] /rename should rename the terminal tab too and tabs should be autonamed

Problem Statement

I often work on multiple tabs each for a different issue I am working on.

1. The /rename command helps when using /resume but it would be great if it could also rename the tab.
2. Also auto naming the tab would be nice too.

Proposed Solution

/rename renames the tab
tabs are auto named after first new tab prompt
