[FEATURE] Auto-Approval of Plans

Problem Statement

Sometimes when I'm running a few agents at a time, and have made up a big plan spec, I don't need to manually approve my plan because I'm confident Claude knows exactly what to do based on the spec I gave it. Having to wait for Claude to do investigation, write a plan, and then prompt me for "Do you wish to continue with the plan?" is inconvenient in a lot of scenarios.

Proposed Solution

Ideally we could bypass this permission request somehow. Either always, or per plan engagement. I currently run with skip-permissions, but that still doesn't stop it from asking.
