[BUG] Slash command menu description changed/missing in v2.1.3 (was present in v2.0.76)

What's Wrong?

In Claude Code version 2.0.76, when pressing / to open the slash command menu, the descriptions included helpful text about needing a command. In version 2.1+, this description appears to be generic string: "Workspace-aware repo handling (applies to this command) (user)"

What Should Happen?

The slash command menu should show descriptions similar to v2.0.76, which included guidance about command usage.
