[BUG] [Packaging] Multiple NPM versions of claude-code undocumented in changelog.

At the writing of this issue (6/6/2025 1730 UTC) there are 4(!) new versions of claude-code (1.0.12-1.0.16) that are not documented in the changelog https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md -- all released in a short flurry of activity.

These rapid fire releases that are omitted from the changelog raise a red flag for me; can you validate:

1) these are valid releases
and
2) I should expect a changelog entry to exist for new releases
