Bug Description
Title: Add rate_limit info to status line JSON
Body:
Currently the status line JSON provides model, workspace, context_window, and cost data - but no information about plan usage limits.
It would be helpful to include rate_limit fields:
- requests_limit
- requests_remaining
- requests_reset
