[BUG] - Incorrectly calling out an issue with API key authentication.

What's Wrong?

I have an active Claude subscription.
• My Claude Code account is experiencing issues with API key authentication.
• A specific error, OAuth scope errors, is being reported on the Usage tab in your account even though I am logged in under my Subscription account. Claude-AI still works but will not show me some aspects, such as '/summary'. Including a a snapshot for reference.

Understand the root cause of the issue and how to resolve from re-occurring.
