What's Wrong?

Claude is unbearable. I really hope it's only a bug and not change of policies. Well, either way, it sucks that you never ever have any support with Claude, I'm a MAX 20x user, spend 200 bucks and you don't even get to talk to a decent human not even on serious issues like Refunds. It's not even about hitting the 5hour limit, In 6 hours, using ONE window, and really not building anything, just organizing folders of the project... it just save, reseset on Jan 10, 10 a.m.... 3 FUCKING DAYS, unbelievable, I had to hire Codex for the moment...

What Should Happen?

Reset every five hours.

You've hit your limit. Reset FUCKIN 3 days after , this happened yesterday. And I had just literally gotten the tool.

Steps to Reproduce

AS soons as you start using it, it hits usage limit, you don't need heavy using.
