Instructions on using shift+enter with Konsole terminal

/terminal-setup currently says:
Terminal setup cannot be run from konsole.

It gives examples of supported terminals.

What's Wrong or Missing?

It already detects konsole. It would be trivial to provide instructions for konsole users.

Suggested Improvement

Manual setup for konsole:

1. Settings → Edit Current Profile → Keyboard → Edit
2. Find Return+Shift (or add it if not found)
3. Change \EOM to \E[13;2u
