[BUG] Co-author Misattribution

Bug Description

The user https://github.com/Panchajanya1999 has somehow managed to register the noreply@anthropic.com address such that all co-authored commits relate to them, which is making our private git repos look a little worrying.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take a look at any historic co-authored commit, or create a new one

Expected Behavior

Expect to see the commit co-authored by claude

Actual Behavior

Commit is co-authored by Panchajanya1999
