What's Wrong?

When I search for past conversations, the search just sucks. It doesn't find conversations from yesterday (and I know the keywords I'm searching should be in there, since claude code generated artifacts and it doesn't find chats by the name of the artifact). If I go through the last few conversations by hand, no problem, I can find it, and it has the word I'm searching for (configuration, fwiw) in it. I'm using vscode plugin, but the same poor quality is in the mac os app. SImple text word search has been a solved issue for 20+ years. Is it just searching titles or what? Do better.

What Should Happen?

simple text keyword searches should return conversations that word was used in.

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

search for that conversation in "Past conversations" by typing the word (configuration was the word I used)
