[Feature Request] `/chrome` command should launch Chrome executable instead of system default browser

Bug Description
/chrome should use the chrome executable instead of the default browser. Use case: I use Safari as my system default browser and chrome for dev workflows. Claude code always launches my default browser when doing something with chrome, which is safari and therefore can only fail.
