[Bug] Missing cursor display and syntax highlighting in terminal output on macOS

Bug Description
I'm on macos 26.2 and using default terminal, iterm2 and other terminals and don't see cursor showing and syntax highlight showing. I'm using native executable of claude 2.0.76.
