[Bug] Opus model performance degradation and file handling issues after compact

Bug Description
Opus był świetny. Do czasu. Jego obecny performance jest tragiczny. Nie potrafi jednego niezbyt skomplikowanego zadania zrobić bez pomyłki. Trzeba mieć nieustanny wgląd w jego kod, bo kończy się na wielogodzinnym szukaniu błędów. Wstyd. Przy okazji często zdarza się, że po kompakcie claude trzyma otwarte pliki i nie może ich później edytować. Trzeba restartować. Sam kompakt tragiczny - nie pamięta zadania, które rozpoczął. Pracuję w C++.
