[Bug] Windows installer script fails to install claude.exe to .local\bin

Question

**Bug Description**
I'm using claude code on Windows. Installer script failed. After downloading claude-*.exe to ~\.claude\downloads and executed "$binaryPath install" command, the script simply deleted $binaryPath but claude.exe was not installed to ~\.local\bin

**Environment Info**
