[Bug] Model performance degradation: hallucinations and off-task behavior after heavy token usage

Bug Description
I don't know why the model has become so dumb, am I limited or something? I cannot work like this. its reasoning and thinking has been so bad this past week. it just makes up things, does changes you don't ask for, cant keep track of what its doing anymore. completely gone of rails. I guess I used a lot of tokens, if it did what was asked probably only 25%. i feel the model got worse, so something is wrong.
