Bug Description
I had Claude Code implementing a default avatar badge working on a site, and this error message came up

The file default-avatar.png exists in the public folder. Let me check if it's a valid image.
Read d:\1Project\XREalVTT\FriendSpace\frontend\public\default-avatar.png
API Error: 400 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"invalid_request_error","message":"Could not process image"},"request_id":"req_011CWduPNxYhBeJrEojhBepL"}

Now, whenever I try to prompt in VSCode I get the same error even after removing the png files that may be causing the issue.
