Hightlighted text shouldn't be put into context or at least that should be optional.

There have been many times I have had highlighted text in Windsurf and then I respond to Claude Code at which point all the highlighted text eats up all the context. I get why this is a feature but really it should either be optional in the settings or when you hit enter it should ask you to confirm you want to send it with your message.
