[Bug] macOS thinking toggle off cannot be re-enabled with documented shortcut

Resolved 💬 3 comments Opened Dec 29, 2025 by jvardanian Closed Jan 2, 2026

Bug Description
On Mac, to toggle thinking off, it says hit "opt+t," and this works. Though at that point it says to hit "alt+t" to toggle it back on. I assume this should read "opt+t", but that keyboard shortcut doesn't work. Pressing the function key along with it has no effect. At this point I am unsure how to toggle thinking back on without restarting Claude Code.
