[BUG] Unable to paste text into Claude Code extension input field

What's Wrong?

Paste works in other VS Code inputs, but not in Claude Code
Tried: Ctrl+V, clicking to focus, restarting extension, reloading window
OS: Windows
VS Code version: Version: 1.107.1
Claude Code extension version: 2.0.75

What Should Happen?

I would expect this to paste in the prompt input as.
