[BUG] Claude code ignore user reject of use bash script and break code !!!!!!

What's Wrong?

I've reject the request to do cd /d/Documents/Tuxdroid/esp32-dos-project/tiny386/esp/main && sed -i 's/"MENU_LOADER:/"MENU_LOADER: /g' menu_loader.c && sed -i 's/");/\\n");/g' menu_loader.c && echo "Done"
But it was excuted and it break the code !
What the hell is that ??

What Should Happen?

Just follow user request !!!!
