[BUG] Make CHANGELOG.md consistent

During the last week CHANGELOG.md changed several times without reflecting the actual version of CC on npm. Right now it is not up to date as well, I can't see 1.0.10 release notes, instead there is 1.1.0 and there is no 1.0.9
