[Bug] Terminal output flickering during job execution in IDE

Bug Description
When claude is running jobs through terminal, the flicking is very buggy and it keep flashing on the screen on IDE and terminal. Thank you for your hard work and claude code is very good. This is just a small bugs feedback and the return from claude is amazing.
