[BUG] MCP tool calls fail with "No such tool available" error despite tools being registered

What's Wrong?

Description:

• Attempted to use chrome-devtools MCP tools (list_pages, take_screenshot, etc.)
• Tools show as available in tool registry
• Chrome is running with --remote-debugging-port=9222
• chrome-devtools MCP server initialized successfully
• All tool calls fail with "No such tool available" error
• Same MCP server works fine in Claude Desktop UI
• Error is consistent and reproducible

What Should Happen?

Open and functionality with Chrome MCP
