[Bug] VM session hangs after 10+ minutes of client inactivity on Android

Description:
When starting a new VM session, if I submit an initial prompt and then leave the client idle for ~10 minutes (turning off phone screen or losing app focus), attempting to resume the session fails.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start a new Claude Code Web session (VM spins up)
2. Submit an initial prompt successfully
3. Leave the client inactive for ~10 minutes (turn off phone screen or switch apps)
4. Return to the session
5. Submit a second prompt

Expected: Session resumes and processes the second prompt.

Actual: VM shows infinite processing state. Submitted prompt never appears. Interface hangs indefinitely with loading spinners that continue for hours.
