[BUG] User-created Skills cannot be invoked via the `/skillname` command.

What's Wrong?

After the user inputs /skillname, claude code does not respond and the skill is not triggered. use GLM4.7

What Should Happen?

It functioned correctly prior to claude code version 2.0.74. The user is currently using version 2.0.76.
