[Feature Request] Add option to show Claude's thinking by default without toggling

Bug Description
I hate having to press ctrl+o to toggle visibility of Claude's thinking. I really want to be able to see the stream-of-consciousness thinking because it helps me learn better how my prompts are effective or not, and to preempt mistakes that Claude is about to make, without having to wait for Claude to try something that won't work.
