[Bug] Claude Code consumes API tokens without executing requested tasks

Bug Description
kept lying about fixing issues and claimed he did the requiered tasks and work and lied many times about doing so and i find out all the was just running around using my tokens and DID NOTHING. SIMPLY NOTHING, just fake buttons here and there and more lies that kept costing me tokens nothing else. im literally at square zero thinking i was at 100%
