[BUG] WebStorm plugin writes WSL paths on native Windows

What's Wrong?

lockfile contents showing /mnt/d/ path, that you're on native Windows (not WSL), tried both PowerShell and Git Bash terminals

What Should Happen?

WebStorm on native Windows (not WSL)
Plugin writes /mnt/d/ paths in lockfile instead of Windows paths
Neither PowerShell nor Git Bash can connect because of path mismatch
