What's Wrong?

i am using claude code terminal in the vs code right after some time in the conversation every time i type the whole terminal goes up and down like lagging the clade code terminal acts as going up an down an deven more i cannot see whats it doing when every i try to go to the top it anit smooth and direclty go to the top, the main problme is that after some time when i type, scroll, and try to look what claude is doing it automatically goes ups and down even when responding
