[FEATURE] Approve code snippet with note

Problem Statement

It would be nice if sometimes for specific messages you can send both the Approve for the code edit and send a note before it proceeds to the next snippet (when you dont have auto accept on).

So it ACCEPTS --> READS NOTE --> CONTINUES NEXT SNIPPET WITH NOTE IN MIND

Currently you have to stop the current edit of a snippet and send your note, which isnt great, cuz he might forget the original snippet or redo it incorrectly, and this gives you the best of both worlds.

    1. Yes
     2. Yes, allow all edits during this session (shift+tab)
     3. Type here to tell Claude what to do differently
    ❯ 4. Yes, with note [and this can work like 3 just write it inside, then it accepts and sends the note]
