[BUG] bash command/file edit request promp takes up 75% of the screen while I'm still reading claude's thinking

What's Wrong?

Typically I'm nowhere near deciding whether to allow claude to proceed when an obnoxious pop-up blocks literally more than 2/3 of the screen and grays out the rest. see attached screenshot. as you can clearly see there's no way this is desirable behavior, it's ridiculous and something's gotta be done.

What Should Happen?

at a minimum users should be empowered to minimize this
