[Bug] Claude API responses truncating mid-response

I am having the same issue:
## Environment

• OS: Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2
• Node version: v22.19.0
• Claude Code version: 2.0.73
• Terminal: Git Bash mintty 3.8.1

## Bug Description
Complex Markdown rendering creates excessive black/blank spaces between elements, making responses unreadable. Simple elements like headers, lists, code blocks, and tables cause large vertical gaps.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask Claude Code to provide a response with complex Markdown (headers, lists, code blocks, tables)
2. Observe the output in Git Bash terminal
3. Notice large black/blank spaces between Markdown elements

## Expected Behavior
Markdown should render with normal spacing between elements, similar to standard terminal output.

## Actual Behavior
Excessive vertical spacing appears between Markdown elements, making responses difficult to read.

## Workaround Found
The issue is mitigated when Claude uses simpler text formatting without complex Markdown structures (no headers, lists, or code blocks).

## What I've Tried

• Uninstalled and reinstalled Claude Code
• Downgraded to previous version
• Issue persists across versions

@ricardovalenciam Downgrading Claude Code to version 2.0.72 resolved the issue.
The problem no longer occurs after reverting from 2.0.73.
