[Bug] Windows CLI text display rendering performance degradation with HTML processing

Bug Description
Claude code for windows has gone pearshaped tonight. The CLI text display is basically unusable and it took 3min 39sec for and agent to left justify some text bubles in this crazy simple 1500 line html that I am just doing as a one night project for my friend.....and the main instance gave it the line numbers.
