[BUG] /hooks configuration selection always incorrect on the first Hook type selection

What's Wrong?
When you go into the /hooks menu and select a hook type, it always shows the PreToolUse configuration first. You have to exit that and then select the hook type you want again.
What Should Happen?
It should show the configuration for the hook type you have selected

Steps to Reproduce
Open Claude code
Type /hooks
Select any hook type other than the first one
It shows the PreToolUse configuration.
Escape
Select the hook type again.
Now it shows the correct configuration
Escape back to the main prompt
Rinse and repeat
